Automatic displacement coil winding machine
     Automatic displacement coil winding machine is a special equipment for distribution transformer high-voltage coil winding. In order to further improve the production efficiency, new type winding machine’s speed is increased from 300rad/min to500rad/min. The winding displacement mechanism is increased to two ~ three heads from single head, means 3 coils could be simultaneous winded. At the same time, using multiple line(up to 4) and increased radial compaction mechanism; tension independent control of each line plate, so that the winding wire arranged in neat rows, inter turn tight uniform, uniform current density distribution. At the same time it is equipped with the end insulation decoiling mechanism,  wire tensioning mechanism, the computer can be preset a variety of parameters, which makes the coil winding complete at a time, greatly increases the degree of automation, reduce the labor intensity of the workers.

Vertical coil winding machine
     The larger of transformer capacity used now, the more impact on the grid, the security is also more and more high. The performance of transformer manufacturing quality not only lies in reliable electrical performance, mechanical stability, but also more reliable of anti short circuit ability. The stability mainly performed at the control of coil manufacturing process, which requires the high-low voltage coil electromagnetic balance, axial interturn tight, uniform distribution. So the coil winding process should be axial compression, radial to be rolled tightly, the vertical winding machine exactly use the gravity of wire cake, axial natural compressing, radial using tensioning device to control tension. Horizontal coil winding machine
      From the perspective of transformer winding structure design, and not all the coils can be used for vertical winding machine. Such as layer type, multi helix coils. If using ordinary horizontal coil winding machine to wind the coils, coil gap is big as no axial pressure, like a pressure spring. Coil diameter turns big after being compressed, gap arises between coils and paper tube, which will cause coil axial unstability, the coil will be damaged in case of axial electrodynamic force. Therefore horizontal coil winding machine with axial, radial compression, is widely used in large transformer coil production. With the transformer performance requirements more and more high, small to medium sized transformer production, has gradually begun to use compression type horizontal coil winding machine.

Foil type coil winding machine
Foil type coil winding machine is the key equipment in low-voltage foil type coils. Tension control and foil strip correction is a key technique in the foil type coil winding machine. The foil strip tension of existing domestic or imported foil type coil winding machine is generated by mechanical friction, it is not stable enough, which will cause the winded coil compactness uneven, inconformity of DC resistance between coils, outer diameter out of tolerance of coil etc..
