This machine automatically inserts the wires into commutator slots, winds, clamps wires, cuts wires, electric controlled tension, fast molds and workholding reloading, could store parameters of 20 product types. It can achieve a variety of winding modes through parameter setting. It can be on-line used, realize automatic feeding and unloading, also can be manual feeding and unloading. The tensions of each stage and the cylinder in the winding process can be set through the touch screen.
5. The principal machine(winding machine) can automatically embed the wires into commutator slots, wind, clamp wires, cut wires, with high efficiency.
6. Touch screen operation display, convenient operation, powerful function, could edit, copy and name a group of winding methods. It could store 20 different types of rotor winding methods through the parameter setting.
